Method
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180C/350F/gas 4
Step 2
Slice Croissants in half horizontally and brush with the melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Arrange the slices of pear and cheese on to and place in the pre-heated oven to warm for 7 minutes.
