Eating breakfast helps weight loss

Weight maintenance relies on a balance between energy in and energy out – so the equation for weight loss is equally simple – eat less and move more. But according to a new study in the journal Obesity when calories are eaten can also have an effect. The most successful eating pattern for weight-loss is to eat the majority of your calories at breakfast. See here for more information about the study.
